Frima’s Next Game Talent Not Included Coming August 30th

The next game to come from Frima Studio, Talent Not Included, is set to launch on August 30th.

You might know the name Frima already, and you should. They made Chariot, the two-player co-op platformer where you traveled through various levels and obstacles looking for a final resting place for your father. They also more recently made the awesome VR game Fated, which we covered at PAX East earlier this year.

Talent Not Included is an action/platformer that has similar aesthetics to Chariot, but definitely more of a fast paced and action-based game. It takes place in a fantasy land called Notthatmuchfurther (seriously :p), and it tells the story of three monsters: Zordok, Derp, and Kevin. While they are all monsters, they also share in common their fanfare for slaughter, bloodbaths, and Shakespeare. They decide to put on their own play, but everything goes awry. A theatre critic named Zot wants to wreak havoc on stage for his own personal amusement, as well as the public’s. You’ll be playing as Zordok, Derp, and Kevin (the actors), in an attempt to put on a “death-defying” peformance. Who knows, you might even make a few bucks along the way.

The game launches on Steam for PC and Mac on August 30th, with a price of $12.99. The game features local co-op as well, so if you’re interested in grabbing a friend to help better your performance, then go to it!
