Compulsion Shows Off New Project

Compulsion Games, known for their lovely steam-punk esque game Contrast, has revealed their newest project.

We Happy Few looks like it’s going to be a great game. The art style Compulsion brings to the industry is fantastic and this game will have a much brighter color palette than we saw in Contrast, but with a seemingly grittier storyline. Check out the trailer and you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Also, if you’re going to be attending PAX East in Boston, Compulsion Games will be there! As far as PAX details, here’s a snippet from their website that’s sure to peak your interests if you’ll be there and you’re at all intrigued by this game:

“In booth #6216 in the Boston Convention Center, between 6 and 8 March 2015, we will be showing the current build to anyone who wants to give it a go. We’re still ironing out the plans 100%, so this could change, but we’re thinking that:

  • everyone who plays the game at PAX can enter a draw to get access to our friends and family pre-alpha

  • if you do something super special and probably quite difficult inside the PAX build, you’ll bypass the draw and get access after PAX.”

So if you’re going to be at PAX, I’d recommend you check out this game. Contrast is a fantastic game on the PS4 and if you haven’t played it already you should probably go check it out. 😀
